Digitalization has like it has on the rest of the world, a huge impact on the workplace. There are a lot of reports and research showing that digital skills are closely connected with employability, especially when speaking of young people entering the labor market. Also taking into consideration the COVID-19 pandemic, it is now more than ever essential to have (labor market related) digital skills, being prepared to face all kinds of challenges.
Thus, the aim of DigiGo is to support the acquisition of digital skills by VET students, during their apprenticeships and at the same time to decrease the skills mismatch of VET students when starting apprenticeships.
