If you use our website, you may leave personal data with us. What do we do with your data?

The Inqubator Foundation stores and processes your data for the following purposes:

Your data is stored and sent securely. INQ strives to store and transmit your data with the most recent security techniques and encryption methods.

Who do we share your data with?

BDF treats your personal data confidentially. We will never sell your data to other parties. We only share data with your explicit permission with the following partners: Facebook, Google and LinkedIN.

Under 16 years old?

If you are a minor, i.e. under the age of 16, you may only give permission for the processing of your personal data with the permission of one of your parents or legal guardian. It is then important that your parent(s) or guardian reads this statement. They can also exercise the rights you have with regard to the personal data you leave with us, such as the right to object to the (further) processing of your personal data or the right to inspect and correct your data.

Insight into your data?

You can always change your consent to the processing of your data on this page. You can also gain insight into the data that INQ has about you. You can submit a written request to this effect to INQ. Based on the results, you can request INQ to adjust your data if it is factually incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant. In a number of cases you can request the deletion or deletion of your data. Those cases are described in Article 17 of the GDPR.
