The facilitator provides the entrepreneur with a tailor-made package of support dependent on the specific needs of the startup. The facilitator can, for example, offer help with operational management, marketing, research and investment acquisition for setting up an innovative business.
A facilitator is essentially a business mentor. The facilitator must have a minimum of two years experience in guiding innovative startups and must agree to support the specific needs of the startup, for instance by offering help with operational management, marketing, research and/or investment acquisition.
The facilitator is recognized by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) the ministery must be trusted and financially sound. On no account can the facilitator be in receivership or bankrupt and they may not have negative equity.
